Custom Continuous Business Forms

Starting with a blank canvas, our Continuous Computer Forms allow you to
create a very customized business form tailored to your specific needs.
Further customize with corporate-branding features, such as logos,
company colors, and images to create a professional looking form that
enhances your image while improving efficiency and form functionality.

Custom Printed Continuous Business Forms are printed on carbonless
paper which work similarly to Carbon Forms, just without the messy carbon
sheets.

Each box of Custom Continuous Forms is furnished as a continuous strip
of forms, separated by perforations and/or perforated folds. These
continuous forms are intended to be used in conjunction with your dot
matrix or other impact printer. Not for use in laser and/or ink-jet printers.

Standard form sizes include 1/2" tractor feeds on both sides of form.
