Starting with a blank canvas, our Custom Printed Padded Forms allow you
to create a very customized business form tailored to your specific needs.
Further customize with corporate-branding features, such as logos,
company colors, and images to create a professional looking form that
Custom Printed Padded Forms are printed on 20# White Bond. These are
not Carbonless NCR Forms or Forms with Carbons.

Each Pad of Custom Forms is furnished with 25, 50 or 100 sheets per pad.
Padded Forms do not create a carbon copy and are not intended for use
with dot matrix, impact, laser and/or ink-jet printers. All sheets/forms within
a pad will have the same printing, glued across top to a sturdy chipboard
backer..
