These handy file folders are perfect for keeping you organized
with a very professional look. The preprinted client information
section and checklist makes a great reference for all of your client
contact information and allows for a quick status checks of the
loan process.

The folders are constructed with a 14 Point stock with a checklist
printed on the outside of the folder. Fits Legal Sized Documents.

HUD Case Binder
Manila - Item # 4213BF, Yellow - Item # 4212

Our binder meets all HUD Requirements and specifications. Binder
is produced using either a 14 Point Manila Stock or 15 Point Canary
Yellow Stock printed in black ink. It also contains 2 – 2” fasteners on
the inside panels of the binder. Binders are boxed in inner cartons
of 50 with 250 binders per case.

**Note: Due to recent changes by the FHA some mortgagees may
now be required to send only a percentage of HUD Case Files to
them with the balance being processed electronically. Any hard
copies sent to the FHA must be sent in a NEW Yellow HUD Case
Binder.
